COSTCO PAYS LIVING WAGES AND BENEFITS AND MAKES MORE MONEY

I ripped this comment off.  COSTCO They pay about $20. Per hour, good benefits, plus 4k per year in a 401k. They then  turn about DOUBLE the profit per square foot of space that Sam's does. COSTCO CEO says "it just makes good business sense. Our employees stay longer, work harder and become very highly skilled" - Unlike places that pay as little as possible, the employees hate working there, have to get Medicaid and public assistance.
