MOTORCYCLING, THE CABIN IN THE WOODS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING; PHOTO FRAMES

IN SEARCH OF SOCIAL DISTANCING.... Out into the back roads on the Florida/ Georgia border.

CORONABONA

So...CORONA having struck--AND THUS, my house has never been so clean.  My 2 acres never has been so manicured. I therefore took a holiday Spring afternoon, out to the hinterlands of FAR north Florida and Georgia (Gadsden County)...creeping back onto the secondary county roads. The ones that are one click north of gravel roads.

ON AN EXTREMELY DESERTED COUNTRY ROAD, OFF BEHIND A WINDBREAK OF TREES, I SPIED AN OLD CRACKER HOUSE CABIN. THERE WERE NO PHYSICAL BARRIERS (FENCE) AND NO ADDRESS SHOWING AND NO SIGNS CLAIMING OWNERSHIP OR MARKING TRESPASS LINES
Started walking the land around it, back to the forest behind the cabin. One person, working maybe 30 minutes, could have picked a small bucket of fresh berries. I ate a bunch of them, blackberry-things, and they were delicious.

There WERE a lot of ticks and, though unseen, lots of snakes that do not get human contact often.

I shot a couple frames of what might be a little more "composed" views of the cabin. It was kind of cool to walk in the cool-ish silence, with only the forest, the bugs and by boot-steps, making a hushed noise.
