SUNDAY MESSAGE OF SALVATION, OR.....

I DON'T KNOW IT FOR A FACT.... BUT I KNOW IT'S TRUE

There is no mammalian sexed male God (a HIM) , like a mammal 'father figure'- (elimination of female deity was the work of Jews and Christians as they evolved into a male-dominated culture, 2000-3000 years ago, and was not at all the original deal)-- anyway, there is no Father God Male who had magic sex with a 15 year old, unmarried virgin who then gave birth to his son/himself, sometime in December, and to prove "HE" loved everyone, allowed himself to be executed, in the Springtime, so that if the people "HE" loved believed all that incomprehensible nonsense, they would go for an eternal picnic, after they died, and be so happy in Heaven, which is also up in the clouds, or something, and "live forever"--and be jerked out of their graves, and swooped away by Jesus... I mean it is hard to go on. It is such idiocy, it makes one's head hurt.

"HE" isn't floating around, above the clouds, blessing 'troops' or countries or football teams.

Throughout the history of mankind and thousands of years before "Christ"--there was water into wine, virgin birth in December, execution to save people, all happening basically on the equinox and season changes of the Northern Hemisphere. There is Norse, Greek, Icelandic, Mesopotamian, Egyptian, --- just all over the original world in/around the Mediterranean,--countless documented written stories of the same things, Heaven, Hell, virgins, layered over penis worship, rabbits, sunshine, inter alia.

It's actually just a mishmash of myth and parable and stories that goes back to the dawn of man, as he/she tried to explain birth, death, illness, childbirth, seasons, good, evil, stars--- and there evolved a series of things like being born 'of a virgin' and 'turning water into wine' and 'feeding thousands by faith' and being executed/crucified to "save" humankind-- all of it is repeated over and over and over, through the eons. Christianity is but one version of it all-- there are a hundred versions and timelines, all of the same things.

Then, as Christianity and Judaism, then later, Islam,  took hold and destroyed the positions of honor & deity for women, the whole thing became male dominated.

The Bible was born during this period--which is really just a "moment" ago, in the timeline since the big bang. The Bible is an incomprehensible babble of nonsense, but also has some good and basic stories of good, bad, faith, honor, bravery and suggestions for peaceful good living--i.e., the "ten commandments."

All of it is roughly hung on the change of the seasons, the cycle of all living things, and the unknowable mystery of where we all came from and why. The Bible is a ridiculous explanation of any of it-- as are the other books of Abrahamic religions. You are better off with Grimms Fairy Tales, or a few books by Beatrix Potter, if you want to learn about relationships and good/evil among mankind.
