Feeling extremely fortunate to be alive and in good health but wondering---- How was any of this life accomplished when there were two children, PTA meetings, homework, elderly parents, insufficient money, OR time, & demanding careers, clients, overhead, etc., to attend to, 14 hours a day. ? Today, without all those responsibilities; Truck washed. Grocery shopping done. Two dogs bathed and dried and brushed. House /furnuiture, cleaned, swiffered, vacuumed and wet swiffered. Any furniture covers or rugs washed and or fluffed in dryer. 2 regular loads of wash run through folded and put away. Garage blown out. Now showering and then baking small batch of cookies before 2 hours of correspondence, mail, bills and crap from a 10 day absence accumulation. Not to mention my time on the Internet, fighting nut whacks eeeeeekkk -happy and VERY grateful, but mystified how it was done...back in the day.
