FERGUSON TERTIARY

I think there are two levels. No, three.. At the higher altitude look-down, we know that there are societal causes, most of which we are responsible for, driving the destruction and mob rioting psyche. Sure...ok...they are mindless, stupid, unaware thugs. But how did that happen? We ahave to examine how and why an element or strata of our modern society is that dumb abd animalistic, and full od mindless rage-- or guiktless looting? Where did we all go wrong for that to be an end product of who we are? Next, on a closer, more direct level, the key eyewitnesses in the case were liars, exaggerators, purjerors, and on record with fantastic, contradicting lies, three times...many of which contravened the most obvious physical evidence...(like whether the rounds entered from the front or rear) and, even assuming the policemans actions were unlawful, civilly or criminally, it is THESE witnesses who destroyed the case. NOT THE GOVERNMENT. That said, under the strictest construction of law, his actions were technically within the law anyway. Do we need police procedure changes? Why did he have only a lethal choice? Legislative changes? More tasers? More K-9 dogs? At a tertiary level, there is no legitimate connection between protesting injustice and stealing beer from a looted convenience store or torching the car of a housewife who left her dead battery car downtown by happenstance. That mib violence has to be met and stopped, instantly, with overwhelming force. That is just crowd control science. I was a policeman 15 years, in theee riots.
