ISSUES AND REAL SOLUTIONS

First issue: Medicare and SSA

Solution: no more cap on contributions at $114,000 income. When so done hits that income level, continue the contributions. Problem solved.

Second issue: subsidies

Solution: no more subsidies, except for scientific research. No more petroleum and corporate farm subsidies. 

Third issue: Public assistance. 

Everyone on public assistance must be working and is prohibited from having children while they are on public assistance. They may either work, work at a government labor job or successfully attend and progress in trade school.

fourth issue:Military and related contractor expenditures

Solution: close 50% of the legacy installations which operate like in Germany and Japan, just to show the flag. 

Reopen the WPA 

 and bolster the Peace Corps. All men and women at 18 must serve two years in military or peace corps and any unemployed individual must be given a temporary and meaningful job in the WPA, and use this for infrastructure, high quality projects.
