Actually Chuck Hagel's right. in 1948, Israel, the Jewish State WAS carved fm sovereign Palestine, by tossing them off their land and calling them terrorists for being pissed off and being violent about it; Iraq WAS the biggest blunder (actually, it was a monstrous international criminal act) since Vietnam; Bush WAS worst President in memory (actually, I would call him a criminal idiot, but ...) -- we really DO have to negotiate and use sanctions and diplomacy in the world, instead of constantly threatened war and invasion and military force; he really WAS a combat soldier and is slow to pull the trigger and send young people to war. So what?
