He was standing peacefully, in support of Portland protesters. He was specifically protesting the DHS goon squads beating, gassing, arresting while in plain cars and unmarked uniforms. Watch disguised DHS goons surround him (he stands there without moving), they beat him mercilessly...breaking bones & gassing him to blindness...for nothing. He had done absolutely nothing illegal.
