California shut down? Auto industry closes? WTF are you people doing?
It is important that we react and fight against this infection calmly and analytically...and realistically. The numbers of people testing positive nationally is 15K. 98% of them self quarantine w/rest and flu meds. The # of actual hospitalizations & deaths, analyzed against 427 MILLION Americans, is NOT a reason to lock to nation down & crash the economy. Its like ~~00004% of our peeps
There is no way on God's green earth that a positive test, on 14000 people, almost all of which are fine in a few days...is "overloading" hospitals in a nation of 425 million people. This is not an analysis. These are just arithmetic. It is dangerous & contagious. We should limit activities and social distance, but crashing the north American economy is not helpful
By cocking up the reaction to CV19, Trump did harm. By squalling like stuck pigs and sensationalizing every single incident or suspicion, the media swung us the other way.
The stupidity and lack of ability in the political leadership is now in a frenzy over what is, essentially, a serious medical situation that has statistically been almost irrelevant.
4000 people with CV in NYC? Ok. That’s 4000/10,000,000. What is that..??... .0004%? NOTHING is overloaded for that number and most of them are at home drinking chicken soup.
The nations hospitals, first responders and infrastructure have NOT been overloaded or crushed. Almost NOBODY is in the hospital. The death rate is so tiny that it cannot be calculated at 200/420,000,000. That is like .00000005%. Come on. Stop. Regroup.
