HEY REMEMBER WHEN DA FAILED TO CHARGE OR SEEK INDICTMENTS OF THE KILLERS IN ARBERY MURDER CASE??
<sigh> THAT detail.
Why was There no follow up by DA? No Grand Jury? No movement on bringing charges? Hmmmm?
The DA had the statements, the video, the forensics.
The case against the 3 was clear, just from the video and their own statements.
GEORGIA OR DOJ MUST CAUSE AN INVESTIGATION OF THE LOCAL PROSECUTORS OFFICES
Greg McMichael, one of the murderers,…. and father of the trigger-man, who ran down & shot Arbery was a former law enforcement officer / investigator investigator with the local Glynn County district attorney’s office. His idea was to to “navigate the investigation” among his DA / police acquaintances and friends. It worked for a while. They weren’t charged. Over two months went by. It was ONLY after the video of the shooting surfaced, public outcry escalated and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over. State agents charged the men. Two*days*later. Yeah.
