POLICE BASELESS STOP; OFFICERS ABUSE, THREATEN, TAUNT & BRUTALIZE BLACK ARMY OFFICER

Nazario is a black US Army Lieutenant. In uniform. The “officers” order Nazario to get out of his vehicle; he responds, “I’m honestly afraid to get out.” 

Footage shared online by The Associated Press, shows Nazario, who is Black and Latino, dressed in uniform holding his hands UP, while sitting in his parked car at a gas station —as the officers baselessly point their guns at him and degrade him. 

 At one point, the “officer” can be heard telling Nazario he was “fixin’ to ride the lightning,” a reference to the electric chair - a line from the movie “The Green Mile,” where a Black man is facing execution.
