The practical mandate for the special counsel was to conduct an investigation and report to the attorney general. Obviously that will include The Good The bad and The ugly. If you take the time to read section 2 of the report, you will find a score of documented criminal acts-- detailed and substantiated, committed by Trump.
Trump ordered and coerced false statements / perjury to the public and Congress. He attempted to circumvent the recusal of conflicted employees. He attempted to pervert and quash FBI investigations into Russian meddling. He lied and concealed business dealings with Russia, to make money. He oaid off news irgs, orn stars and detractors, in order to secure election, committing campaign finance fraud. He lied repeatedly and so often that the entire prosecutorial team understood that is verbal assertions were worthless untruth. He committed acts which easilyfulfill the elements of criminal Federal obstruction and was ONLY saved from prosecution by the circumstances of his job title. It had nothing to do with the probable cause he committed crimes.Trump and his enablers simply bank on the fact most people will not read the report and those that try to will disregard it. The entire Republican opposition to this was NOT to dispute Trump's crimes but to deflect and complain about how the investigation was improper or flawed. Trump has done terrible damage to our country and our systems and must be impeached. Thereafter he must be removed from office by Congress or in the election.
