MEMORY PROMPT! WHAT WAS REALLY DONE IN CONGRESS

What did Democrats and the President managed to do in two short years?

Pass the Dodd-Frank Act, the Lily Ledbetter Act, the Affordable Care Act, and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. That's what they did with their supermajority.

What have Republicans done with their House majority for the past four years? Nothing. What have they done since they took control of the entire Congress? Essentially nothing at all. Pass the Keystone XL bill in the House with the Senate still pending. Pass a purely symbolic abortion ban. Kill immigration reform. Vote to repeal the ACA over 40 times. Nothing.

What "better ideas"? None.
