Earth is an unremarkable, dying planet, spinning around a dying star, spinning into destruction in a few billion years. It is not special. It is made up of the same, exact elements that make up your body, your dog and your motor scooter. All in differently arranged amounts. The same 94 elements. Hydrogen, oxygen, plutonium, whatever. The galaxies, so far away that all that is left is the light, traveling toward your eyeballs...all made of the same 94 elements (we can argue the exact number) . The entire universe is known, beyond any factual or scientific doubt, to be made of the same basic stuff. Mostly gasses. This is as established as photosynthesis.
That everything is made of the exact same stuff leads me to believe there is a common origin for it all, no?
